Music with Mummy and Jolly Babies has been a part of my life for the past six years with my two sons and I’m so glad I discovered the classes when I became a mum. The classes have just been an absolute lifesaver for us and a real joy to attend. Even if you had had a bad day and it was a rush to get out the door with all the baby paraphernalia, when you arrived at music, everything was ok. You are surrounded by a bunch of lovely parents and grandparents and a brilliant and supportive teacher who makes the babies and children so happy. We love the songs and they will stay with you forever. I look forward to the themed terms and especially Christmas when the magical songs really get you in the festive spirit.
The classes are crucial for baby development but also just as important for parents for the chance to see other parents and socialise too.
In the past few years, Ann-Marie has organised parties at Easter, Halloween and Christmas and raised hundreds of pounds for local cancer charities and a children’s hospice.
During the pandemic, she provided online classes throughout and completely adapted her business in a short space of time so the babies and children could still keep learning and ‘shaking their shakers’.
We’re so lucky to have her as a teacher.
