‘Three Four Time’ is a music class for 3- and 4-year-olds. My daughter Isabel attends the Friday afternoon class at Swanland Village Hall and absolutely loves it. We started with ‘Jolly Babies’, then ‘Music with Mummy’ and moved on to ‘Three Four Time’. All have been her favourite classes, and mine as mum! Unlike the ‘Jolly Babies’ and ‘Music with Mummy’ classes, children attend ‘Three Four Time’ without an adult and lasts 45 minutes. The classes have a theme each half-term and involve singing, playing instruments, dancing and drama activities. As a mum, I really like them because they are well-structured, progressive and have learning of rhythm and rhyme at the heart of them. Mums and dads get to watch the last class of each half-term to see what the children have been doing. The teacher, Mun Wah is fantastic with the children, they really love her enthusiasm. I’d thoroughly recommend it as a class.
